We generally recommend refills every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain fullness and prevent gaps. Timing depends on your lash growth cycle, retention, and lifestyle. Your artist will advise a personalized schedule based on your current set's condition.
Minor style tweaks, like adjusting curl or slight volume changes, are often possible during a refill if enough extensions remain. For major style changes, such as Classic to Mega Volume, a full set is usually recommended for the best outcome.
If most extensions have shed and only a few remain, a refill won't achieve the intended look. In that case we recommend booking a full set. Your artist will assess natural lash health and advise the safest, most effective option.
Refill appointments generally take 45 to 75 minutes depending on how many lashes need replacing and the chosen style. Classic refills are quicker, while Volume or Mega Volume refills require more time. We'll provide an estimated duration when booking.
When performed by trained technicians using proper isolation and adhesive techniques, refills should not damage natural lashes. We carefully remove outgrown extensions and replace only where needed. Mention any sensitivities or prior reactions before your appointment.
Yes — arrive with oil-free, makeup-free lashes to ensure optimal adhesive bonding and efficient service. Avoid mascara, eye creams, or heavy oils for at least 24 hours prior. If lashes require extra cleaning, additional prep time may be needed.
